Title: Project Learning Tree (PLT): PreK-8 Activity Guide
Description of Resource: Nearly 100 activities are offered in a storyline technique covering themes of diversity, interrelationships, systems, structure and scale, and patterns of change.  The prime goal of Project Learning Tree (PLT) is to help children learn how to think about the environment, not what to think.  Curriculum is easily adaptable to many settings from classroom to youth organizations, museums, nature centers, and scout troops.  PLT appeals to children of all ages, learning styles, and ethnic and racial backgrounds.  This book is made available only by attending a PLT instructional workshop.  Contact your local PLT coordinator or PLT's national office.
